Understanding that jan/san supplies affect all of our customers—from the executive to the custodian, our sales staff works to ensure the products we sell meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Working as advisors, our associates evaluate a customers’ product mix in context with their needs. If we can improve performance and/or efficiency, we will create a complete bundled product system. These streamlined systems typically impart better cleaning results and net savings due to reduced labor costs. Because we choose the best products for the job, our systems may include materials from multiple manufacturers.
Training
All sales staff will demonstrate how to use our products safely and efficiently. Beyond these demos, Hinton also offers comprehensive training programs including:

Customer Service
Our inside sales/support staff have a combined 28 years of industry experience. Available 40 hours/week, they are responsible for:
